CHAMPAGNE VANTZ CLIPERT BRUT (BLANC)
Designation: Exceptional champagne made from the finest grapes in the Champagne region, France.
Origins: The grapes are grown on the calcareous Champagne’s lands fully exposed to the southeast.
Vinification:
Traditional wine-press with « coquard »
Finest vinification in temperature-controlled inoxidable metal vat.
The malolactic fermentation is carefully completed when needed and followed by a minimum 3 year aging process.
The alcoholic fermentation is realised with a very low temperature control.
Varietal:
90% Pinot Noir
10% Chardonnay
Character : This refreshing champagne has a light gold, sheen and crystalline colour with very fine and persisting bubbles. Notes of white fruits (pear) and acacia flowers. It is refined, dry and fruity, very well-balanced with an intense freshness.
Ideal serving temperature : 8 to 9°C (46°F to 48°F)
Store: 3 years
Alcohol: 12% vol
Residual sugar: 8 g/l
Total acidity: 4.75 g/l
