CHAMPAGNE VANTZ CLIPPERT PRESTIGE (EXTRA BRUT) (BLANC)
Designation: Exceptional champagne made from the finest grapes in the Champagne region, France.
Origins: The grapes are grown on the calcareous Champagne’s lands fully exposed to the southeast.
Vinification:
Traditional wine-press with « coquard »
Finest vinification in temperature-controlled inoxidable metal vat.
The malolactic fermentation is carefully completed when needed and followed by a minimum 3-5 year aging process.
The alcoholic fermentation is realised with a very low temperature control.
Varietal :
70% Pinot Noir
30% Chardonnay
Character : Light golden glint colour with extremely fine bubbles.
Flowery scent accentuated by a hint of vanilla which offers an intense and well-balanced delicacy. Powerful and fruity, this prestigious champagne is characterized by a beautiful harmony and an immense purity.
Ideal serving temperature : 9 to 10°C (48° to 50°F)
Store: 3 to 5 years
Alcohol: 12.20% vol
Residual sugar: 5.90 g/l
Total acidity: 4.30 g/l
